I absolutely love these no need frosting! Great way to use left over coffee in fact I use coffee extract instead of vanilla Try it some time so delicious 😋

I liked them and am going to see how it turns out as a cake since there are directions for that too! I do plan on using vegetable oil instead of olive oil though, could be because I'm pregnant but I felt like I could taste a hint of olive oil. Definitely moist and a good amount of chocolate taste!

The cupcake was very dense :(
I made it for a family party & all my guests that they were not good. I was embarrassed to say I had made them.

This is an absolutely delicious recipe. Sift the dry ingredients thoroughly and you’ll get perfectly fluffy cupcakes.

I only made the cupcakes, but they were sooooo amazingly good!! Just let them cool completely so they set. When they were warm thy fell apart.

Was a bit suspicious of the recipe due to the lake of eggs, but they turned out wonderfully. Almost too good...I want another one.

All in all, a delicious cake. Just way too dense to eat all in one sitting!

Fabulous! Easiest frosting ever. And using high quality cocoa powder makes all the difference. Let the frosting cool for 2 montes deforestation pipping. It will run too fast.
