Easiest lasagna I have EVER made. Not the same quality as the real deal, labor intensive, "kitchen destroyer" but a great everyday substitute when your family is begging for lasagna & you work until
6:00 PM. Used frozen ravioli from a "big box" retailer, budget sauce which I doctored with tomato paste, canned tomatoes, chicken sausage, fresh mushrooms & dried spices. Took less than an hour & worth the time. !Divertiti!

This was delicious. Very easy to make. I used cheese and spinach ravioli, for the sauce I used a sausage and roasted pepper tomato sauce. It did produce a bit of liquid in the bottom I drained it after cooking.
