    turned out well but i had to increase the sugar to 1 cup and vanilla to 3 tsp because it tasted to buttery

    I love this recipe! It’s quick and easy. I’ve used it with and without crusts and have used alternative sweeteners like honey and honey sucanat in place of the sugar. Yummy!! A word of advice though... Maybe it’s just the premade crusts I use, but this recipe makes two cheesecakes for me, so if you don’t want to be overflowing with cheesecake, you may want to half the recipe.

    Easy peasy and I’ll do it again, I cut the recipe in half and it filled 6 mini gram cracker pie shells!
