This is so easy, quick, and delicious! My husband who doesn’t have to do gluten free asks for it daily. I add the 1/4 baking powder instead of instant flour. I lather them in extra virgin olive oil and “herbs from Provence with lacender”, sea salt, and garlic powder. Thankful for this recipe. I double it and keep dough in fridge for quick fresh bread-y addition to meals.

Make sure and look at the actual directions because the water on the yum page is off otherwise the recipe is real good and easy to make for pizzas.

I kept the proportions and added fresh coriander and garlic to the batter. I used normal self raising flower. The taste was great

Brilliant taste and so easy. I made the non gluten free by using standard self raising flour.

It was soo good roll it thin for sides. Recipe needed a little more water😋😋😋
