Delicious and easy! I used 1 cup brown rice flour, and half cup white flour instead of 1 1/2 cup white flour, added some Walnuts and it was delicious!

These muffins were an absolute hit with my family. I used coconut oil instead of canola like another reader did, I only had 3 bananas but it came out great. I can't wait to make them for my friends at my office

Amazing !! I put coconut oil instead of the canola oil. Other then that I didn’t changed anything. Definitely will make it again!

The muffins were a big hit with the family! Not one was left. The bananas were medium, so I used 3. I also topped half with chopped pecans, which added a nice but subtle difference. The guide was so easy to follow with the step by step directions and checking off ingredients/tools.
