    This is really an awesome recipe I use about 2/3 times a day. it is filling and satisfing and you don't feel hungry an hour later. Sometimes I like to add a little maple sryup, lemon juice or lime., just a teaspoon is all u need. With every smoothie I like to add Tumeric and you certainly can with this recipe.
