This was wonderful and one of my honey’s favorite meals! I got jumbo shrimp so I think next time I’ll buy a little more than 1/2 lb, as there were only like 7-8 shrimp for all of us. That was my fault though, as I didn’t plan that out. The recipe itself was easy, even the homemade vindaloo paste! Will be adding this to our dinner rotation!
