- 8 baking potatoes (medium sized, about 5 lbs, baked until soft)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chives (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 bacon slices (cooked and crumbled)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh chives (chopped)
