    Delicious ! I doubled the portion. Sprayed olive oil on the slow cooker , seasoned the beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Added knorr (vegetable , I didn’t have beef) and bang !

    Excellent! Made 5lbs, doubled (plus a little) everything. Had with Provolone and Hoagie Buns. Family of 7, lasted 3 days..had it on omelets day 3. Will be a staple from here on out.
    Very easy to put together... kids liked ! I put it in sub sandwiches.

    This was okay. It didn’t have quite the kick I hoped for. Also, it wasn’t as tender as I hoped. I’ll try making it again with a little bit more broth.

    I didn’t have time to start it in a slow cooker so I cooked it in my IP for 55 minutes with a natural release. IMy family enjoyed it! They ate it on toasted garlic bread buns with provolone cheese and used the drip as au jus. I ate it on Cauliflower rice and really enjoyed the brightness the pepperoncini lent the dish.

    This was delicious. I used sliced Pepperocini peppers instead of whole. This would be a great party meal... Super easy to make and keep hot.

    This turned out fantastic. I added a cup of water to get more juice, still needed more so next time I'll add more broth and water. Also will remove stems from peppers.
    This was delicious! The peppers elevate the taste to another level. My family loves pot roast but this Italian beef was easy I'm making it again this Sunday. This is definitely in the rotation.

    This is the best & easiest hot beef for sandwiches I know of. Love the extra tang from the pepperoncinis, and of course some stout Kaiser buns & mozzarella or provolone! Too good!!!!
