- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup SunButter® (we used Creamy)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions
- In a large bowl with electric mixer beat SunButter®, sugar and oil until smooth. Add egg and milk and continue beating until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt and blend by hand with whisk until smooth.
- Heat griddle to 350°F.
