- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (Organic, I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (Organic, I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 3 bananas (large Organic ripe, mashed)
- 1/2 cup quinoa (cooked, I used the truRoots brand)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (Lessen for less sweetness!)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk (+ more if needed!, I used the Califia Farms brand)
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (I used The Enjoy Life Foods brand)
