  • 1/2 cup quinoa (cooked, I used the truRoots brand)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup (Lessen for less sweetness!)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
