  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (chopped, drained)
  • 6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)

    It was great! I actually let the chicken marinade in the artichokes and other ingredients for about two hours before baking. Really moist!!!
