- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (chopped, drained)
- 6 oz. marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)

- Give your chicken a little love tonight...
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place chicken in a large baking or roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

It was great! I actually let the chicken marinade in the artichokes and other ingredients for about two hours before baking. Really moist!!!
