- 15 mL baking powder (3 teaspoons)
- 15 grams sugar (1 tablespoon)
- 1 tsp. salt (½- ,or add to your taste)
- 2 roasted bell peppers (small, capsicum, diced, I used red and yellow peppers)
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes in oil (4- ,drained and chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced, crushed)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (or basil, I used fresh thyme, finely chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, old)
- 230 mL milk (1 scant cup)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil (I added half canola half olive oil)
