great flavor. only used motz cheese and it was still good. i think the only thing i will do different next time is add the sun dried tomatoes to the creamed spinach while its cooking to incorporate their flavor more. great recipe

This was a delicious recipe that turned out great. I skipped the bacon alltogether. I'm sure it would've enhanced the flavor, but it was great without it. I will definitely be adding this to my collection.

This recipe is awesome! A huge crowd pleaser and not that difficult to make. Precooking the bacon is the only pain and the end result is worth the effort.
