Delicious. I used regular tomato paste, sundried tomatoes in oil/Italian herbs, and Swiss cheese instead. So quick and easy to make! Could be a fun project for kids too. Make sure to roll the pinwheels tightly so they don’t fall apart.

Really good! Used this recipe for my husband and I's lunches. Changed it up a bit, I could not find sun dried tomato paste for the life of me. I used sundried tomatoes in a glass (the one that comes with the seasoning and oils). I also used "basil in a tube". My local grocery did not have just basil leaves. The tube basil worked out perfectly. I also used sun dried tomato tortillas. Everything else I followed as directed. I will be making this again!
