Loved this classic Armenian recipe. I made this on a nice hot early summer’s day and the flavors were refreshing and light. The only oddity is the video with the instructions doesn’t indicate anything about the parsley, only the basil… and the recipe calls for a purple basil that’s not listed with Yummly’s ingredients if you pull the parsley out the flavor pops nicely and it doesn’t confuse the palate as the basil does the job nicely.
