A number 1 recipe. Would say 10 out 10. Roasted corn in the oven with silk and husks. When cooled silk comes right off. Easy peasy. Used blue crab lump meat. So delicious. I’d say it would be good with crisp tender asparagus also. I’d eat this once a week easily. Try it, try it you won’t be disappointed.

Light and refreshing. I even used Bummble fancy lump crab meat in the can to save a few bucks. Delicious!!!

Delicious!!! I made it for my lunch the next day so I added the avocado and cilantro at the last minute. I used broken tostadas shells to scoop the salad. It was light and refreshing!

This was AMAZING! Keith loves this and I made it a couple of times for us already. I added another avocado and made it into a dip!
