Not a fan. Weird combo. Made everything as suggested. I would definitely leave out the cuke. Doesn’t mix well with the fruits and cheese. Used goat cheese but would use feta next time.

loved using this recipe, but improvised a bit based on what I had - used pears over peaches, feta cheese over goat cheese, added avocado and roasted chicken to recipe. used honey over brown sugar for balsamic dressing. the whole fam loved it, delish!!

Title says goat cheese, but instructions called for feta. You can’t really go wrong with either. This was a sweet, simple salad that is perfect for summer. Very refreshing. I made the balsamic glaze with 2 T of honey, instead of brown sugar. Delish!

Really good! Did vacation marinated grilled chicken and tossed that in, worked perfectly!
