- 1 cup yellow summer squash (shredded, and zucchini)

- 2 cans coconut milk (organic full-fat, chilled)
- 3/4 cup coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. maple extract
- 1 3/4 cups coconut butter (warmed to liquid)
