Highly recommend squeezing the liquid out of the squash before adding the other ingredients. Like another reviewer said, it was way too wet. They were pancakes, not fritters.

This recipe was the first time Yummly has ever let me down. The mix was way too wet. It was a giant, messy, clustermess that fell apart in the pan. Add more flour or cornmeal, or do what we had to do, order out.

Delicious. I cut the recipe in half since there’s only two of us. I added an extra pinch of cayennne once I had everything mixed. That gave it a nice kick since we like things spicy.
