- 8 cups baby kale (loosely packed)
- 2 cups seedless watermelon (cubed)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (packed)
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise (Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Organic Original)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lb. shrimp (large uncooked, grilled or broiled)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted pumpkin seeds

Directions
- Arrange kale on serving platter. Top with watermelon, blueberries and goat cheese; set aside.
- Combine basil, Hellmann's® Organic Original, vinegar and honey in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle over salad, then top with shrimp and pumpkin seeds.
