- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp. oil (seame)
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds

- 4 ears sweet corn kernels (fresh, removed)
- 1/2 lb. green beans (super thin, haricot vertes, thinly sliced on a long diagonal)
