This is going on my favorite muffins recipe list.. I did modify the recipe a bit, I added 2 eggs (instead of 1) and I added 1/2 teaspoonful vanilla and 1/2 teaspoonful orange extract to enhance the fruit flavors. I baked 8 large muffins instead of 12 regular size muffins. The glaze was the perfect touch, but I didn't need all of it. I am thinking the calorie count per serving is wrong, 780 calories per muffin?
