- 6 slices ham
- 1 Roma tomato (sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (sliced into rings)
- sprouts (Snowpea)
- 20 grams mustard (Masterfoods Australian)

Directions
- Slice bread rolls open and spread on cream cheese and mustard. The amount of mustard should depend on how tangy/sharp you want your sandwich
- Add sliced ham, onion and tomato and add salt and pepper to tomatoes if desired
- Top with snowpea sprouts, or alternatively any other green you might enjoy!
