- 4 oz. halloumi cheese (sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup sweet onion (very thinly sliced)
- 4 slices bacon (nitrate-free, cooked crisp and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt (and fresh ground pepper to taste do not over salt because the cheese and bacon are already salty)
