i had no idea this would be such a great mix! it was so delicious, i used apple cider vinegar and olive oil. ill definitely make this again

The salad itself was tasty but not particularly special. The simple dressing really added a lovely flavour

Made it for the first time today and it was delicious! We had leftover that we ate for lunch the next day and while that tasted good, the smell of vinegar, sitting in the salad for a day, can be overpowering. Suggest adding vinegar and olive oil right before you are ready to eat.

Love it, however I just added dressing to what I was eating so it would keep for a few days.

Very good recipe! I also added a jalapeño. The dressing is just the right amount and very delicious! However I feel like this makes a lot more than 6 servings (hahaha) I’m up to my eye balls in salad! Would be perfect for a family get together! Be sure to get a large enough bowl!!
