Wonderful soup! I love all the vegetables that went into making this soup and it was delicious. I must try it again but I was thinking about adding broth instead of water next time. Thanks.

This recipe took me longer than 15 minutes cutting up all of the vegetables but it was well worth it! This chowder was delicious! My picky eater even went back for seconds! I will definitely make this recipe again!
