Tons of flavor and makes enough for lots of leftovers. Have made twice, followed instructions other than using vegetable stock instead of chicken.

This was great! 2nd time I've made it just as the recipe states. i did not peel the squash or zucchini either time. but this time the rind on the squash was very tough. maybe it wasnt quite ripe idk.

very delicious. had a couple steps than other chowders I've made but flavor was spot on. still pretty easy to make. would cook again.
