Easy, tasty summer side dish - I love finding a recipe where I don't have to buy any special ingredients! I subbed mild pepper flakes for the black pepper and halved the recipe because I had four ears of corn.

Loved this! I made it last week for the first time. Made it again this week. No leftovers with this fresh delicious salad. I added a handful of chopped cilantro because I had it on hand and love the smell.

Easy and tasty. Maybe there are better more complex salads but if you need something in 10 minutes this works.

Loved this salad! I used left over grilled corn & canned corn, as I didn’t think I had enough corn. I did cook the canned corn in some oil per the directions and added cherry tomatoes, cucumbers & feta cheese.

Good recipe! The dressing works well. Needed salt and pepper! Cut it in half and used 4 ears of corn. So many possibilities to add other veggies that you have on hand. I usually add black beans or chickpeas, jalapeño, cilantro, cherry tomatoes...
