- 1/4 white wine (or water)
- 3 cups chicken (or veggie broth)

- 1 cup summer squash (or white, diced)
- 7 fresh basil leaves (large, chiffonade)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)
