Interesting take on a cobbler recipe. I wanted the recipe to be more substantial for breakfast so I made some adjustments: I used whole wheat flour, Stevia instead of sugar, & added a teaspoon of cinnamon & some walnuts to the batter. I skipped greasing the pan with butter & used parchment paper for a nonstick surface. I baked it for about 45-50 minutes because the center was not wanting to bake all the way through. I will make this again using a different pan & see if that helps the baking process.
