- 1 cup coconut milk (or your favorite milk)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (or fresh, I used blueberries)
- 1/2 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup frozen mango (or fresh, chunks)
- 2 medjool dates (soft, pitted)

- hemp seeds
- cacao nibs
- berries
- edible flowers
- cashew butter (for topping)
- 2 cups raw buckwheat groats
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds (raw, I used a mix of black + white)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
- Hawaiian sea salt (pinch of a)
