- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3/4 tsp. sumac (plus more to sprinkle on top)
- 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp. salt (each, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes)
- 2 Tbsp. full fat coconut milk (canned unsweetened, see Note)
