- shark
- 1/3 cup mascarpone
- 1/3 cup pistachios (shelled and chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. sumac
- 1 Tbsp. breadcrumbs (Paniermehl German style)
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup rice (I used arborio, but you can use what you prefer)
- 6 saffron (Stamens you can use more or less depending on how 'red' you want the rice.)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin)
