  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (Paniermehl German style)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup rice (I used arborio, but you can use what you prefer)
  • 6 saffron (Stamens you can use more or less depending on how 'red' you want the rice.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
