I adapted it a LOT. I added an instant daishi soup mix and a Japanese rice soup mix to the beef stock water, which used beef soup mix as the base, flavoured the simmering beef with Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and Frank’s RedHot Stingin’ Honey Garlic Sauce, added one sliced organic carrot, 2 celery stalks sliced, 1 large red onion sliced lengthwise and simmered, 2 handfuls baby spinach tossed in at the last minute and the ramen noodles and mix from the Rooster Chicken & Chili flavour well mixed and steeped with the daishi/rice soup mix, and mixed in when the noodles had softened. I didn’t have any mushrooms but due to my other decisions, I didn’t need them! 👍🏻👌🏼
