Would not recommend! Extremely dry ‘batter’ so I had to add more of the wet ingredients, did not turn out well!! The icing has no sweetness, just tastes of cream cheese

Didn’t raise well and wasn’t anything as usual airy sugar carrot cakes. Also mascarpone would have been much better then cream cheese to give at least some sweetness
