  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

    Directions

    1. Blanch sugar snap peas in boiling salted water for 1 min then shock in ice water. Drain.
    2. Heat oil and garlic over medium heat. Add snap peas and sauté, stirring, until heated through. Toss with mint and lemon zest. Season and serve.
