  • 1 can organic pumpkin puree (you can also use fresh, 15 oz)
  • 1 can full fat organic coconut milk (chilled, the kind in a can)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (you can replace with more flax seeds to make it paleo)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (Lakanto, which has no sugar!)
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1 cup hazelnut meal (you can replace with another nut or coconut flour)
  • 1 cup spelt flour (spelt technically has gluten in it so if you have Celiac's, replace with quinoa, coconut or another GF flour)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (lakanto)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter (melted, you could use coconut oil but we prefer coconut butter because it is a whole food, while coconut oil is just extracted fat)
  • 4 tablespoons water (as needed)
