Ingredients

- 1 can organic pumpkin puree (you can also use fresh, 15 oz)
- 1 can full fat organic coconut milk (chilled, the kind in a can)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (you can replace with more flax seeds to make it paleo)
- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (Lakanto, which has no sugar!)
- 4 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (ground)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter (optional)
- 1 cup hazelnut meal (you can replace with another nut or coconut flour)
- 1 cup spelt flour (spelt technically has gluten in it so if you have Celiac's, replace with quinoa, coconut or another GF flour)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (lakanto)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter (melted, you could use coconut oil but we prefer coconut butter because it is a whole food, while coconut oil is just extracted fat)
- 4 Tbsp. water (as needed)
