- 2/3 cup coconut cream (or single cream)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (NuStevia, or ¼ - ½ cup xylitol granules)
- 60 grams dark chocolate (good quality, or raw chocolate, I used 90% cacao solids)
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan pink salt (fine, or sea salt, if coarse grind)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (I use Ndali)
- 50 grams butter (raw grass-fed, or 30g coconut oil and 30g cacao butter if vegan)
