Delicious with ice cream or tea. Said to stir ingredients, I Used whisk on my hand mixer. Used buttermilk instead of regular milk. Batter was thick, no sure if it was because of this. Added eggs 1 @ a time before adding Splenda. Decreased Splenda brown blend to 1 cup, and cut in with pastry blender. Will definitely make again. Absolutely doesn’t taste like it’s sugar free. Baked it for 35 mins. Think it could use the full 40. Or confection bake for 35.
10/30/21: update. Was much easier this time. Using hand whisk, mixed sugar, skim milk, eggs, vanilla before adding cooled butter. Followed rest of recipe, but added 1/2 tsp nutmeg to topping. Baked the 35 mins using Temptations 13 x 9.
