- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (— gluten free if needed)
- 2 tsp. coconut sugar (— or substitute turbinado sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, or other sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract (pure, — optional)
- pinches kosher salt (small pinch)
- toasted almonds (Sliced, or other nuts)
- coconut sugar (extra, urbinado sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey)
