I altered the recipe slightly with 70g peanut butter cumin seeds chilli flakes red pepper flakes and sweet paprika. Tasted great. Basically just add whatever spices you have to give more flavour and it’s a winner!

It was pretty good. I used 3 sweet Potatoes rather than 4, used 60g peanut butter, added 1tsp curry, salt, and cumin during boiling. Would probably add red pepper flakes during cooking next time.

As per the other comments, I reduced the peanut butter to 60 grams and added in some extra seasonings/spices (1tsp cumin, 1tsp chipotle chilli paste, and a dash of salt and pepper). The result was a rich and flavourful hearty stew that I'd definitely make again!

Mediocre dish with very little taste.. it misses flavor, other than peanut butter

I added twice the garlic, lots of black pepper, cumin, chilli flakes, and some salt because my broth was low sodium. Delicious balance of sweet and heat.

Was ok. Kind of bland, and was super heavy. Ate it on quinoa. I would reduce the PB and consider adding some other flavor...maybe cumin or curry?

Different to my normal go to recipes, felt strange not using any herbs or spices but really nice 👌 Definitely make again 😊
