Amazingly well! I kind of changed the recipe since I didn’t have enough of the margarine so I added butter as well, and I think it tasted even better somehow

Nice and chewy. I didn't have enough dark chocolate, so I put in white chocolate buttons and cranberries.

They are EXACTLY like Subway cookies, same soft texture, same flavor, everything. I love this recipe!!!

Had part of my grankids here to help me make these.....they gave them 2 thumbs up!! lol we did add shortening with the butter and a little cinnamon to up the taste factor. Oh and I used the brown sugar truvia instead of the real sugar the recipe called for.

Easy is key, and these turned out great! I did what Laura Vitale did, and added some cinnamon and shortening, and that took the texture and taste to a whole different level. I also added some chopped walnuts for a Sophisticated Yummy! : )
