- 1 1/2 lb. white mushrooms (large, about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 1 1/2 cups zucchini (finely chopped)
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup onions
- 8 oz. lump crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Remove and finely chop mushroom stems; reserve 1 cup.
- Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet, over medium heat and cook zucchini, red pepper, onion and reserved mushroom stems, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Add ground turkey and cumin and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in salt and black pepper; set aside.
- Arrange mushroom caps on baking sheet; evenly stuff with turkey mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
