- olives (finely chopped)
- sun dried tomato (in oil, finely chopped, you might be able to used to dried variety, but the ones in oil have bags of flavour, and mix nicely into the cheese)
- herb (Leafy, your choice, finely chopped, I used basil, but parsley, thyme, oregano would all work well)
