Very good! Love cooking the zucchini’s first by themselves so they don’t get mushy. Didn’t use the spices listed, instead used Italian seasoning. Also only had Mozzarella cheese, will try Monterey Jack next time. Also added red peppers & tomatoes to the meat mixture.

Turned out great, I added some extra sauce and used ground turkey i will definitely be adding it to the regular household menu!

I always think it’s unfair to review a recipe if you adjust it, so take this w/ a grain of salt. I followed this to a T, EXCEPT - I substituted med. to fine chop mushrooms for the rice (low carb), and cut the ground beef w/ 1/3 both sweet and hot Italian sausage. My husband’s Italian American, and I thought he’d like that. He did. Depending on ea, person’s individual tastes, this is a great recipe as is or adjusted. Thank you!
