Very very easy meal. I think next time a little more seasoning and lemon, felt a little plain and searing the top of the salmon before oven. Overall good and would definitely make again. Quick meal.

This was super easy and tasted good! I will be making this again. I topped the salmon with the leftover cream spinach and a dusting of Parmesan cheese and then opened the foil pouches and broiled for the last couple minutes to get the top to look nice :)

I loved it . It would decided to use fresh spinach , next time I'll use frozen spinach.. i

This turned out fantastic! I modified it a bit. I used chive cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, seasoned the salmon with Cajun seasoning; and seared the salmon in a pan with butter and then baked. My family absolutely loved it!!! I will definitely make this again!!
