Doubled mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta, then added 1/2 cup of finely chopped mushrooms, and added 1 lb of ground beef to stuff mixture - top notch. It’s a new family favorite.

Made this earlier this week. It turned out fantastic. Didn't take as long as I expected, probably about 45 minutes of prep time, I baked covered for 25 minutes, then topped with mozzarella and baked for another 10 minutes uncovered. Definitely make sure you cook the shells Al dente, about 4-5 minutes less than the recommended cook time. I still had some trouble with some of the shells breaking while cooking, but I had plenty of extra so it worked out fine.
The only thing I would change next time I make it is add in some cream cheese with the ricotta mix, and maybe some feta as well. Ricotta cheese is pretty bland and mild and I felt it needed some extra "kick" to it.

It was perfect! I used multiple cheeses as toppings and it was totally worth it. Definitely making again x

Men don't usually like spinach or "grass" in their foods, but this was a huge hit! Definitely will make again!

What a great recipe! Step by step and the layers of flavor jump out.. I added slivers of smoked provolone as the last layer 😋

First time making it. it was really good. We went heavy in the sauce and italian sausage, essentially doubling each. Was very good, kinda of gave a unique taste

Very easy to make. Made extra cheese mixture as we like a lot of cheese! Turned out great and everyone loved them.

It turned out great. Made it with parsley instead of spinach, and ground beef instead of sausage.

Had to use ground beef instead of sausage for my picky kids but it was good! Would make it again. Great way to sneak spinach into my kids without them knowing - I tell them it’s herbs and spices like basil.

Delicious! I made this dish for a party and I had several people ask for the recipe. I will definitely make again!

Turned out wonderful!! I have made this dish many times and every time the family had enjoyed it. I like to mix in some Italian sausage with the ground beef to add a little more flavor 💕

This recipe was a hit with the entire family. Kid, adult and picky eater friendly! My Italian father-in-law even said that it was better than his moms and aunts recipe. I decided to add Italian seasoning in the ricotta mixture instead of pepper however and I used organic marinara (my own recipe) which I think really made the difference. Must try!!

Awesome! This recipe was super helpful. I even added a little basil pesto to my cheese for extra flavor
