- 1 pkg. ravioli (stuffed, from the freezer or refrigerator section of your local grocery store, Get whatever stuffing sounds good to you. I found a spinach and chicken stuffed ravioli that was delicious!)
- 1/3 baby spinach (a bag of pre-washed, from the produce section of your local grocery store)
- 3 Roma tomatoes (or any ripe tomato will do sliced into thin wedges)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. pesto (Basil Garlic, I used Rising Sun Farms Pesto)
- shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 3 cups wheat chex
- 3 cups corn chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups salted peanuts (Roasted, Shelled & Non-)
- 2 cups pretzels
- 2 cups Cheez-It Crackers (I used original, but white cheddar or a spicy version would also be delish!)
- 6 Tbsp. butter (Melted)
- 4 Tbsp. buffalo sauce (Franks Red Hot)
