Really good but desperately needed salt. Ricotta needed more flavor added to it, so next time I will just mix the spinach mixture with the ricotta and then stuff the mushrooms.

Substituted cottage cheese for ricotta, delish! Also added a little tofu and Parmesan to the spinach.

Really great! I added a bit more garlic to the mix, and seasoned the ricotta with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. My husband wants me to add this to our meal rotation!!

These are good, but need more seasoning, in my opinion. I saved one mushroom cap and filling to do the next day, and this time I added Adobo all-purpose seasoning to all sides of the portobello, Much better! This is a great vegetarian meal, but I'd love to add a little bulk Italian sausage for a non-veg version, and to add a layer of texture and flavor.

Very nice. Guests loved the combined flavours. Found it easy to follow the instructions and everything turned out great.
